Welcome to Echo van Stilte, the practice of Koen Thurlings.
We’re glad you’re considering working with me. These Terms and Conditions explain clearly what you can expect from me and what I ask of you.
My intention is to create a safe, caring, and open space where healing, awareness, and personal growth can take place.
1. General
1.1 These terms apply to all services and sessions offered by Echo van Stilte, located at Zandstraat 83, 5951 GH Belfeld.
1.2 My offerings include, among others, holistic therapy, breathwork, and guided sessions focused on emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
1.3 I continuously develop myself and my methods. These terms may therefore be updated in the future. The most recent version is always available on my website.
2. Services and Agreement
2.1 Descriptions of available sessions and programs can be found on my website.
2.2 An agreement is established once you register for a session and I confirm it.
2.3 If I assess that my guidance is not suitable for you at this time, I will discuss this with you and explore alternatives or referrals.
3. Rates and Payment
3.1 Current rates are listed on my website or communicated prior to your session.
3.2 Payment is due before the session, unless otherwise agreed.
3.3 If payment is not made on time, I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the session.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1 You may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
4.2 Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full, unless due to force majeure.
4.3 If I need to reschedule or cancel a session, a new date will be arranged, or the paid amount will be refunded.
5. Participant Responsibilities
5.1 For a safe and effective session, it is important to provide honest and relevant information about your physical and mental health.
5.2 Participation is always at your own responsibility. You remain the owner of your process and choices.
5.3 During sessions, I ask you to follow my guidance to create a safe and attuned experience together.
6. Liability
6.1 I provide my sessions with care, attention, and professionalism. However, participation is at your own risk.
I am only liable in cases of proven intent or gross negligence on my part.
6.2 Echo van Stilte is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
7.1 Everything you share with me is treated strictly confidentially.
7.2 No information is shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
7.3 I follow GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) guidelines in processing personal data.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All materials, texts, exercises, or other content provided during sessions or programs remain the property of Echo van Stilte .
8.2 These materials are for personal use only and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.
9. Disputes
9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
9.2 In the event of a dispute, we will first try to resolve it through mutual agreement.
If this is not possible, the matter will be submitted to the competent court in the region where Echo van Stilte is located.
